Running over decades with full of heart, Subar International Food Co., Ltd build it in unique and variety way with high quality, currently as the biggest beverage company in southern Taiwan with largest scale and best products.

In addition, Subar keeps developing better products with better taste in high quality for sharing Bubble Tea to the whole world. With approval by official certificate and inspection from USFDA, Subar will be one of the international and professional food company in the near future eventually.


1989— Heinz Food Inc. was founded as distributor for Nestle and Yangnan brand. Heinz insists to provide the highest quality of goods and service for customers in creative but delicate way, the goods even export to Southeast Asia and North-east Asia, Down Under, North America, and Europe.
2000— Heinz achieved “ROC Consumers Association gold medal”.
2004— Heinz founded the subsidiary company named “MODOU INTERNATIONAL ENTERPRISE CO., LTD.”, which mainly focus on wholesaled kinds of imported food.
2004— Heinz achieved “R.O.C. Consumers Association Diamond Award”.
2005— Heinz passed “ISO9001:2000 International Quality Certification”, then expend to consulting character from a distributor. With continuously improving on professional know-how and product quality, we hope to provide the best for customers.
2008— In December, Heinz Food Inc. changed the name to Subar International Food Inc.
2009— In July, Subar was delivered “Subar International Food Co. factory registration certificate”.
2009— In August, for expanding the business scale, Subar moved the factory to larger place with more than one thousand and nine hundred square meters. (Current address: No.269, Liaoning 2nd St., Sanmin Dist., Kaohsiung City)
2011— In January, Subar set its office website in three language, Chinese, English, and Japanese. (
2012— In January, Subar has been certified with the CFS, Certificate of Free Sale, and then officially stepped forward to global market.
2012— In April, Subar arranged the tan million insurance.
2012— In July, Subar passed both ISO22000:2005 and HACCP, the Management System of Food Safety and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points on concentrated juice packaging and syrup producing.
2012— In July, Subar became the one of the high quality members in the R.O.C Tea Union.
2013— August, Passed “ISO22000:2005 Food Safety Management System” and “HACCP Danger Analysis Critical Controlling Point System” for batch packing and production of powder.
2015— July, Passed validation of ISO22000:2005 Food Safety Management System” and “HACCP Danger Analysis Critical Controlling Point System” for batch packing and production of tea.
2015— September, Passed “HALAL Food (supplies)” validation for batched packing and production of syrup and powder.
2016— South Korean FDA came to Taiwan to pass the audit.
2019— The US FDA came to Taiwan to pass the audit.
2019— In December, Subar has been certified with FSSC 22000 Food Safety System Certification by following qualifications: Production of Concentrated Flavored Syrups, Flavored Powders and Tea Leaves.
2020— In November, Subar has been certified with D-U-N-S® Registered™.
2021— In August, expanded our second factory and will complete within 2022.
